 - Please allow between 2-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out. Since we have vendors all over the world, once orders are processed orders may take 14-35 business days before you receive your order. However most customers receive their items within 10-15 business days.

 - Orders do not ship on weekends or holidays. 

 INTERNATIONAL 

  -  PLEASE READ : All international packages can ONLY be tracked in the territories of the US. You will not see any additional tracking information once the packages leave the US. 

  - Please allow between 2-7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out, and 21-45 business days for your item to arrive. 

  - Orders do not ship weekends or holidays.

  - We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. 

  - It's illegal to falsify customs declarations or mark an item as a "gift" in order to avoid customs fees.

 ** Please check with your local post office or the customs office for any import duties, local taxes, and handling charges that may be applied to your purchase. Please note that we do not determine any foreign duties or local taxes associated with imported packages.  

 ** Customers may get notified by the customs or local post office for customs clearance. Please make sure to contact them back immediately when you receive a notice from the customs. Non- contact can result in delay of delivery or even non-delivery.

 

**We are not responsible for undelivered or misdelivered packages due to address incorrectly entered by customer.

FAQ

Q: Is your website secure with my personal information?

A: Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will only be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.

Q: What if my item is lost? 

If you do not receive your item within 30 days, please contact our team with your order number so we can investigate the issue and take appropriate action.

Q: What if my item is damaged?

A: No one likes to receive damaged goods! Contact our team within 30 days of delivery with your order number so we can resend you another one or provide you with a full refund. Our team will ask you for a photo of the damaged items.

Q: If I don't like the item can I return it?

A: We pride ourselves on having a 100% satisfaction guarantee! If you do not like the item make sure you contact us within 30 days of receiving the item and ship the item back to us. 

Q: I ordered 2+ items but only received 1 item. Where is the rest of my order?

A: Since most of our items are shipped directly from our select vendors from around the world, you may receive your items separately. Don't worry if you don't receive all of your items in one shipment. They are on their way.

Q: Do you charge sales tax?

No we do not charge sales tax on any of our orders unless you are within the state of Texas. By law since our office is located in Texas we have to charge the appropriate tax rate.
